Rules for using NoveToon.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using NoveToon, you agree to these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use NoveToon. If you use NoveToon on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these terms.

2. Use of NoveToon

NoveToon provides tools for creating quick drawings, importing images, marking up a canvas, changing colors and backgrounds, exporting results, and sharing your work. You may use NoveToon only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms.

3. Your Images and Drawings

You keep ownership of images you import and drawings you create. You are responsible for your content, including ensuring that you have the rights needed to import, edit, save, export, or share it. By using export, sharing, or support features, you authorize NoveToon to process your content as needed to provide the requested function.

4. App Ownership

NoveToon, including its design, interface, text, graphics, code, branding, and related materials, is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. These terms do not grant you any right to copy, modify, reverse engineer, distribute, sell, or exploit any part of NoveToon except as expressly allowed by the app's normal features.

5. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to misuse NoveToon. Prohibited conduct includes:

• Using NoveToon for illegal, harmful, abusive, deceptive, or infringing activity.
• Importing, creating, exporting, or sharing content that violates another person's rights.
• Attempting to interfere with security, availability, or normal operation of the app or website.
• Using automated methods to access or overload our systems without permission.
• Removing copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices from NoveToon materials.

6. Third-Party Services

NoveToon may rely on third-party platforms or services for app distribution, hosting, diagnostics, device features, sharing workflows, or support communication. Your use of third-party services may be subject to their own terms and policies. We are not responsible for third-party services we do not control.

7. Disclaimers

NoveToon is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, whether express, implied, or statutory, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee that NoveToon will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that exported files will meet every use case.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, content, profits, goodwill, or business opportunities arising from your use of NoveToon.

9. Suspension or Termination

We may suspend, limit, or terminate access to NoveToon if we reasonably believe you have violated these terms, created risk, or used the service unlawfully. You may stop using NoveToon at any time.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. The updated version will be posted with a revised effective date. Your continued use of NoveToon after changes become effective means you accept the updated terms.
